Chocolate chip cookie dough sandwich

Nothing beats a cookie and some coffee when it's starting to get cold outside. So why not make it worth your while, and make a (healthy) cookie sandwich filled with cookie dough? You'll never want anything else with your coffee!

Ingredients for the cookies

- 50gr butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 eggwhites
- 180gr flower
- half a teaspoon of baking powder

Ingredients for the chocolate sauce

- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

Recipe

Preheat your oven at 180° Celsius. Take your (soft) butter and sugar, and mix it together in a bowl. Add your eggwhites and use your mixer until you get a smooth texture.

Now add the flower and baking powder to your mixture. Stir firmly until you get a dough. Make 12 little balls of dough and place them onto a baking tray. Flatten the balls with your hands, and make sure you have enough space between the cookies. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 15 minutes, until slightly brown.

When the cookies are ready, let them cool down for a bit. In the meanwhile, whisk the cacoa powder, honey and coconut oil until you get a smooth chocolate sauces.

Cut the Carb Killa Cookie Dough bar into small pieces. Take a cookie, place a peace of the cookie dough bar on top, and top off with another cookie. To finish it off, dip the cookie sandwich into your chocolate sauce! And there you have it, the most perfect cookie combination ever!
