Yes, we all know that feeling where we have to drag ourselves out of bed in the morning. The last thing on your mind is making a healthy breakfast. Or maybe you’re like me, looking forward to getting out of bed because you can finally eat breakfast again?
Anyhow, whether you’re a morning person or not, breakfast is still the most important meal of the day. No reason is good enough to skip breakfast. After all, the best breakfast is the one that you'll actually eat (even if you want to lose weight).
We understand that you might not be in the mood for making breakfast, so that’s why we wanted to share our favourite, easy, healthy & delicious breakfast recipe. It will cost you only 3 minutes to make, and will keep you going for hours!
- 50g of oats
- 15cl of Grenade Fudge Brownie Carb Killa Shake
- ½ of Grenade Fudge Brownie Carb Killa bar
- 15g of almonds
Weigh 50 grams of oats and pour over 15cl of the Grenade Fudge Brownie Carb Killa Shake.
TIP: You could replace the shake with the same amount of water or milk.
TIP: you could use more or less, depending on the consistency you like. We like it thick!
Put the mixture of oats and shake into the microwave for 2,5 minutes. In the meanwhile, chop 15 grams of almonds into small pieces. Afterwards, chop half a Grenade protein bar (choose any flavour you like) into pieces.
PING! Get your oats out of the microwave, give it a stir, and garnish with your chopped pieces of almonds and the Grenade Carb Killa protein bar. Breakfast ready in 3 minutes. Enjoy!
