Homemade Peanut Nutter chocolate chunks

We’ve always wanted to make our own chocolate bars. Why not use an existing good quality chocolate bar, and make something new and improved out of it? Yes sir! These chocolate chunks are not too sweet (just sweet enough), super easy to make and extremely tasteful. There’s really no reason not to try these ones!


Ingredients

  • 50gr Cote D’Or dark chocolate (86%)
  • 20gr cashew nuts
  • 0,5 Carb Killa Peanut Nutter protein bar

Recipe

Going to the supermarket to buy the ingredients, is the hardest part of this recipe.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie (melt over a heated pan with boiling water) or just use the microwave (but keep an eye on it, so the chocolate doesn’t get burned). In the meanwhile, chop the cashew nuts and half of the protein bar into small pieces.

Once your chocolate is melted, take a piece of parchment paper and spread your chocolate in an even layer. Now sprinkle the pieces of cashew nuts and protein bar over the chocolate. You can even push the pieces a little bit into the chocolate, so they stick!

The only thing you need to do right now, is putting the chocolate into a freezer for about 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set. Take the chocolate out of the freezer and break them apart into 3 large pieces. Or just eat the whole damn thing at once! We don’t judge!
