No-cook mokka protein pudding

God has a flan for us! And it’s a super easy mokka flavoured one. The trouble with pudding/flan is that you need to heat milk and make sure it doesn’t get burned. But not with our pudding. This pudding can be made with cold milk and is ready in 2 minutes. This pudding is low in fat, high in protein and extremely easy to make. It’s f(l)antastic!


Ingredients

  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker Saroma Mokka flavour
  • 500ml low-fat milk
  • 1 Grenade Carb Killa White Chocelate Mocha

Recipe

We said it many times before, but this dessert is really the easiest thing you’ve ever made.

Take a bowl and pour 500ml of low-fat milk into your bowl. Now add the content of the Dr. Oetker Saroma Mokka package into the bowl and mix it for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture into 4 small bowls and put them in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

In the meanwhile, chop the Carb Killa White Chocolate Mocha bar (or any other bar you like) into smaller pieces. Once the pudding is set, put a couple of your Carb Killa pieces on top of the pudding. This is truly the perfect combination of silky, creamy and crunchy. The proof is in the pudding!
